
In
24H Vancouver's "Casualties of war honoured en route home" on January 11, 2010, one of the casualties is first identified as Garret Chidley,

then as double-T Garrett,

and then again as Garrett.

However, in the attached "Memorials" section, it's back to the original Garret. So twice as Garrett and twice as Garret. For the record (listen up,
24H Vancouver!), it's Garrett.
