A new year has begun and it's time to start dusting off those running shoes and makes those new year's resolutions.

An email from BMO Vancouver Marathon arrived in my inbox at 12:33 a.m. yesterday. What better way to write an opening sentence than with nonsense? That'll get everyone's attention - or at least mine.
