It's inconsequential text that no one will read, so if you're going to put any effort in make sure it's the least amount you could possibly give. That must have been the thinking behind the photo caption above, from "Folkster yearns for epic rock" in today's 24H Vancouver. The word starring is missing an R and the star's name is Neko Case. However, considering it's singer-songwriter Sarah Harmer's album, shouldn't Sarah Harmer herself be considered the star? From the article: "She also called in Neko Case to sing backup on the only non-original song, Silverado." It seems to me featuring Neko Case would've been a better phrasing.
