I've got complaints

I find this article ("Fleshing out the ‘Caps controversy" on 24 hours Vancouver online on March 17, 2011) to be too sloppy and insulting. How does leaing to complaints its too racy not get noticed and corrected to leading to complaints it's too racy? The letter D and the apostrophe that I added make a world of difference.
