I thought this was a misspelling of Justin Bieber - a pop star I have heard of - in the opening sentence of "Justin Bieber has a wardrobe malfunction on stage" on Yahoo! Canada News on March 13, 2011. But,
the only other time Justin's last name appears, it's Beiber again. So I guess the headline was wrong; Justin Beiber it is - and I have no idea who that is. Click an image to enlarge it.
