The first thing that caught my eye was the incorrect spelling of Hayes, while the article itself had it correct as Heyes. Then I noticed the comma at the end of the quote; usually the quote - when separated from the article in this fashion - simply ends with the closing quotation mark. Placing a comma there makes no sense. Please, a period or nothing at all.
