Can someone at CBC please explain how the repeated and didn't get spotted and corrected. From "Vancouver's $1,200 protest fee undemocratic: critics" on CBC News online on April 7, 2011. Later in the article,
there's an example of lazy fact checking, as the councillor's name is actually Suzanne Anton. The article's apparently been updated at least once since it was published, but both these errors remain. Click an image to enlarge it.
