-- "All the way from L.A. to Vancouver" in Vancouver 24 hours on November 26, 2009 (Hordichuk)
Darcy Hordichuk no doubt said, "When you want to put an $8 breakfast on the line," and the article's writer no doubt thought that the readers are stupid and would get confused, so put Burrows' name in place of you, even though Burrows had already been mentioned and it is pretty obvious that Hordichuck was referring to Burrows. But the writer's substitute went ahead and caused disagreement because it should then read when Burrows wants. The best result would probably be when [Burrows] want[s].
