Both ageing and aging are acceptable spellings, but it'd be wise to be consistent - that is, pick one of 'em and run with it. Instead this article - "Ageing Santa gets $100,000 facelift for Christmas" on Yahoo! Canada News on November 20, 2009 - uses one spelling for the headline and the other spelling for the article's first sentence. The inconsistency is still on display a week and half later.
