Dictionary.com's definition of minster:
–noun

1.	a church actually or originally connected with a monastic establishment.

2.	any large or important church, as a cathedral.

While I've never seen Rich Coleman in the flesh, I am pretty sure he is neither a church nor a cathedral. In fact, since he apparently has the ability to make announcements, I seriously doubt he's any type of inanimate object.
