-- "Sex assault (local news briefs)" in Vancouver 24 hours on May 29, 2009The suspect may indeed have been stimulated and excited, but it's impossible to wear a jacked. A jacket, though, can be worn. Is it only the transit police that are in pursuit of the suspect? Shouldn't the Vancouver Police Department be on it?
