The MSN Canada homepage on October 17, 2010, makes me wonder what ever happened to people who know how to spell and punctuate properly - especially people whose jobs require spelling and punctuating! "Friends" is not a question, so the question mark should go after the closing quotation mark.

What ever happened to your favourite TV 'Friends?'
