We saw the same ad, with the same errors, three weeks ago.

Recieve isn't following the "I before E except after C" rule, while maintanance has an A where an E should be - after the T. Lansdown the mall and Lansdown the street are both missing an E at the end. The one error in which the letter E is not involved is the capitalization (or lack thereof) of mall; Lansdowne Mall is a proper noun.
