It's another annoying error

This is at the top of every email I receive from City Guru of City Chase. The most recent one was received on February 13, 2012. Either of an should be changed to you have or the second an should be removed. Click the image to enlarge it.

Language guru needed

The apostrophe and hyphen errors above were included in an email from City Guru of City Chase on November 2, 2010. The than-instead-of-then error below was included in an email from City Guru of City Chase on November 3, 2010.

World Champioships

The sender of this email - from City Guru of City Chase on December 10, 2009 - will lose if World Championships refers to a spelling bee. "City Guru on behalf of City Guru"? That's odd. Click the image to enlarge it.
