Close but no cougar
People who only read the first few words of articles before losing interest must have been intrigued about this posting that an entire city being closed. At the city limits, was there a "Back in 20 minutes" sign? No, it was just a professional writer who wrote is closed instead of has closed or is closing. From "Cougar sightings close Coquitlam park" on CBC News online on May 30, 2013. Also, on the map at the bottom of the article the park indicated is not the correct park.
