In "A Canada Day fit for a queen" in today's 24H Vancouver it's Prince Philip, but in the article's photo caption
it's Prince Phillip. Did the Queen leave off an L in her pronunciation? Or did 24H Vancouver make a meal of yet another photo caption? It's the latter.
