Comedian Dave Foley (The Kids in the Hall) joins the cast of Robson Arms is the Season 3 première tonight on CTV, as landlord Chuck Hoskins, a true-blue eccentric American who moves north of the border after buying everyone's favourite building in Vancouver's West End.
