This is one side of a flyer from Keller Williams Elite Realty flyer that arrived in our mailbox on December 14, 2011. Firstly, the first your should be you're. Secondly, I think the first exclamation mark should be a comma. Or change the first sentence to, Are you thinking of selling your house?, and the second one to, If so, let me help you!

This is a Grigore's Pizza advertisement in Tri-City News on December 2, 2009. I wonder why Pasta's gets an apostrophe both times, while all four Pizzas go without. Other than that, and the oddness of capitalizing Price in each offer, it's all good.
