Is your Bowel Really "Irritable?"

The question mark inside the closing quotation mark is what first caught my eye, and then I also noticed the inconsistent capitalization. When you think of celebrating your mom, does your (or her) bowel - irritable or not - come to mind? Ugh.

While I do appreciate how the words cheese and mouse are linked, I am doubly appreciative of not having mouse-related pastries. However, cheese mousse sounds pretty good. Whether or not you're going to put an apostrophe in Valentine's, at least be consistent.
