3 Pasta's for the Price of 2 Pasta's

This is a Grigore's Pizza advertisement in Tri-City News on December 2, 2009. I wonder why Pasta's gets an apostrophe both times, while all four Pizzas go without. Other than that, and the oddness of capitalizing Price in each offer, it's all good.
